adminAligarh Institute of Technology (AIT) organized a comprehensive and highly productive Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM), which witnessed enthusiastic participation from parents of students across various departments. The primary objective of the meeting was to engage in momentous decisions on students’ academic performance, discipline, attendance, and overall development.
Parents of students from departments including Artificial Intelligence, Architecture, Civil, Biomedical, CIT, Software, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Chemical Technology attended the session in large numbers.
Heads of Departments (HODs) and faculty members from all disciplines interacted directly with parents, providing detailed insights into students’ academic progress and offering valuable suggestions for improvement.
On the occasion, Principal of Aligarh Institute of Technology, Mr. Shahid Jamil, emphasized that strong coordination between parents and teachers forms the foundation of students’ success. He added that AIT remains deeply committed not only to academic excellence but also to the character building and holistic development of its students.
Highlighting the significance of the PTM, Convener AIT, Syed Mohammad Mohsin Kazim, stated that such meetings play a crucial role in identifying students’ weaknesses at an early stage and guiding them toward the right path in a timely manner.
The meeting concluded in a positive and constructive atmosphere.
